My name is Libardo Lambrano, I work as a manager of E-Commerce for Hilton Worldwide. A big part of my job is to analyze statistical data from our web properties and make recommendations to senior management based on my findings, this is one of the skills that I have found very useful when analyzing securities and that I have learned to integrate with my value-investment philosophy approach. Despite the fact that I have no formal education in finance I have been always interested in financial markets and security valuation, and have been successfully investing since 2008.
I got started when I first read “The Intelligent Investor” by Benjamin Graham, for me it was like a wake up call. Since then I have become more and more interested in the value-investment school. I consider myself computer savvy and have learned to use some of the greatest online tools available for security analysis. More about my investment style here.
I’m also regular contributor of Seekingalpha, the premier website for actionable stock market opinion and analysis, and vibrant, intelligent finance discussion, visit my articles at Seekingalpha here.
